Exceptional hotel – highly recommended A truly beautiful, luxurious and high-quality hotel. The staff are warm, friendly and extremely professional, and the service feels experienced and genuinely attentive. The location is excellent, the hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully designed, with a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding — fresh, varied and absolutely delicious. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

Cons I don’t expect a 5* hotel to extra charge me for a personal omelette. It’s no big deal but the extra charge feels out of context

A very good hotel in a great location, but overpriced for the overall experience.

Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and overall a very pleasant hotel. The property feels modern and well maintained.

Cons The main issue is value for money. The hotel costs roughly 30% more than what I would expect to pay for a comparable experience, without offering enough to justify that premium. The entrance is also not stroller accessible, service could be more proactive, and it was disappointing that some fairly basic breakfast items required an additional charge.

Very classy hotel , looks like it has had a refurbishment in the last few years which has been done with thoughtfulness,care and attention given to every detail ! Location is superb right on the seafront promenade adjacent to a very busy road , but the room soundproofing is so incredibly good , like turning a switch on and off ,hear absolutely 0 ! The public areas are beautiful ! Room is a good size with a small balcony, overlooking the promenade, not for sitting on , no furniture, but nice to stand and watch the world go by ! Bathroom is spacious, 2 sinks and a large shower with good pressure, iv been informed the toiletries provided are top quality! Bed extremely comfortable with lovely linen.Best breakfast we have had in Greece great variety and extra options for a reasonable price .we have stayed in the electra palace previously and this hotel really puts it in the shade ! Unfortunately only had 1 night to enjoy the hotel but we will be returning for longer !
