Staff was nice and polite. Good people.
Cons Unclean, insects on floor, old hotel, very bad area, not recommended children in these area. We checked out 1 day before as we couldn’t be in the hotel or even worse the area and people there.. moved to CFC best area and clean
BON HÔTEL MAIS DECATI
Hôtel bien situé mettant à disposition des chambres spacieuses avec des salles de bain plutôt bien. Cependant l'hôtel est décati et mérite des rénovations telles que les tapis des couloirs. Il s'agit plutôt d'un 3 étoiles que 5 mais le prix est également en conséquence. Il convient de noter que l'hôtel sert un très bon petit déjeuner , très varié et de qualité sous forme de buffet.
Cons Absence de télé et coffre fonctionnels mais la clim fonctionnait.

Bon emplacement. Prix imbattable. Propre et douillet. Petit dejeuner excellent et genereux.
Definitely not a 4* hotel at all (Maximum 3* if not 2*)
The size of the room was good, decent. The staff making coffee at the breakfast were helpful.
Cons 1) The room was full of ants. 2) The sink in the toilet was cracked, toilet was very aged, ants in the toilet as well. 3) The pillows were very uncomfortable. 4) One very small lift, a family cannot use the lift at once. Half of us would take the list with suitcase and half would walk up the stairs. 5) The waiting area was not air conditioned. 6) The surroundings of the hotel were very run-down. A lot of smell around the property. 7) They did not provide water bottles despite asking. There is no room service. 8) There is a kettle in the room but no water, no milk, coffee, tea or even not a spoon. 9) Aircon was on one side of the room, one bed will get cooling from the aircon but other bed would not have any cooling at all. 10) Customer services is non-existent.
