Great location. Comfy bed. Subway outside front door.
The location was really convenient and close to the subway. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were also nice and large with a comfy bed.
Cons The cleanliness of the room could use some work. There was hair in the shower and on the floor of the bathroom. The minifridge had food crumbs inside of it. There was garbage under the bed (a wrapper).

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything you could need.
Cons The bathroom electrical outlet didn’t work. One elevator was out of service so it was a very long wait for the elevator. Breakfast room service wasn’t available. You had to go downstairs. The room service menu wasn’t kid friendly and the quality of the food didn’t reflect the hefty price tag. I was extremely disappointed with the charcuterie and cheese plate.
