An exceptional stay with phenomenal staff and wonderful facilities

We had an amazing stay at One&Only Cape Town. The facilities were excellent, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was phenomenal, incredibly attentive, caring, and welcoming throughout our stay. The view of Table Mountain was exquisite, and the location is very safe and secure. The property itself has so much to offer, and I would actually recommend staying here when you have enough time to enjoy the hotel rather than spending most of the day out exploring. There are plenty of things to do and experience within the property itself, and I only wish we had stayed longer to enjoy more of it.

Cons The only downside was the soundproofing in the room. We could hear quite a bit of noise from outside, which affected my sleep a little. Other than that, everything about our stay was wonderful.

إقامة فاخرة ، امتزجت فيها روعة المكان ، بحسن الضيافة وحسن الإستقبال لترسم ذكريات جميلة لا تنسى

1- الموظفين 2- خدمة الغرف 3- خدمة الكونسيرج 4- تنظيف الغرف ( رائعين جدآ) 5- النادي لا اعلم الأسماء هناك مدربه ومدرب أتوقع يكفي منهم شرحوا لي الاشياء الموجوده مع دخولي لذا استخدمتها وافادتني روح المبادرة رائعه 6- وجود القبله والمصحف والشطاف فكرة رائعة وريحتني كثير لا اجامل لاني دخلت الفندق ولم اخرج اردت الراحه فوجدتها داخل الفندق لذا اتحدث ما رأيته
