We had an amazing stay

I liked how close it was to the places we needed to be at , the staff was good and the food was even better

Cons I didn’t like how easy it was for another guest to gain access to our room and the bathroom set up

The best breakfast ever

It was pleasant and comfortable.

It was the perfect location and seems to be safe. Personnel and the drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. Well done.

Cons I would’ve liked if there were more restaurant options at the hotel or the carvery should have been be a bit cheaper. Otherwise all good.

Cons The rooms were very cold. I felt sick and had to check out early to attend flu and colds as a result.

The restaurant staff was amazing even though the kitchen was slow. Other than that, the supervisors and the manager were outstanding. It was actually the restaurant manager who tried to redeem the hotel for the horrible experience I had upon arrival.

Cons When I arrived I was put in a room that wasn't properly cleaned. When I complained at reception, I was moved to a room that was a converted twin to queen, when I booked a standard queen. The receptionist told me that she was aware when I alerted her, meaning she was aware I was not getting what I paid for. Eventually I was moved to a standard queen, but only after I had taken my luggage to camp by the reception. This room also had dead roaches but that was a better situation that the prior.

A fairly good experience

The bedding was sufficient and of good quality. The provision of tea/coffee is a good idea. Your breakfast seemed of a high standard and we regretted not opting in for it.

Cons Although your brochure shows a hair dryer, our room didn't have one
