Amazing location, quiet territory even with construction outside the hotel you don’t hear noise at all. Good breakfast and clean room.

Cons האוכל יכול להיות מוצלח יותר. הבריכה עמוסה ואין מקום לשבת. היו לנו בעיות עם הטלויזיה. באופן כללי, המלון סבבה אבל לא מספק תמורה אמיתית למחיר הגבוה ללילה.

We travel frequently and typically stay at five-star properties around the world, and we've even hosted events at some of them, so we know what exceptional hospitality looks like. Our stay at the Orient with Isrotel, thanks to Shelley, was truly one of the most memorable we've experienced. We were there for a special celebration, and while a few unexpected hiccups came up along the way, Shelley turned what could have been a stressful situation into something seamless. She was proactive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure we felt cared for at every turn. Every issue was resolved quickly and graciously, and she went out of her way to make our celebration feel luxurious and special. What stood out most was how genuine she was. This wasn't scripted hospitality. It was real, thoughtful care from someone who clearly takes pride in her work and in making guests feel valued. She elevated our entire stay. It was such a great experience that we even changed our plans, and stayed at another Isrotel property after our experience with Shelley. If you're staying at the Orient, ask for Shelley.
