From front door to banos this hotel is great. Super clean. The staff makes the whole the thing. Everyone is happy. Everyone is friendly. Everything is clean! Food and service at El Capitan, Le Gourmet and El Patio is fantastic. As a well traveled “American” I am skeptical of water and ice. Upon request they will give you “drink” ice. Something a lot of places do not do. If you come here you will enjoy it. You will be safe and pampered.
