La struttura merita tantissimo. Ottima posizione , ottimo servzio

Cons Avevo bisogno del concierge. La signora preposta non è stata per niente disponibile. Nonostante avesse visto che ero in attesa da un po', continuava a stare al telefono : faceva telefonate di continuo, chiudendo e richiamando senza mai fare un cenno di attesa. Si è creata la fila in quanto altre persone erano nella mia stessa situazione. Dopo mezz'ora ho deciso di risolvere da sola. Per un hotel di quel livello, non mi aspetto un servizio di concierge così scadente.

大阪萬豪都酒店最令人印象深刻的就是景色，無論白天或晚上都相當驚豔。白天可以欣賞開闊的城市景觀，夜晚則是另一種燈火璀璨的氛圍，同一片窗景在不同時間各有特色，讓欣賞風景本身就成為住宿的一大享受。 交通便利也是很大的優勢，從地鐵站上來就能抵達，不需要再拖著行李走很長一段路。無論是抵達、退房，或每天搭地鐵外出，都省去不少交通上的麻煩。對以大眾運輸安排大阪行程的旅客來說，這樣的位置非常實用，兼顧了景觀與交通便利性。

Cons 較可惜的是早餐自助餐的菜色變化較少。連續入住時，每天看到的餐點大致相近，吃到後面難免會覺得重複。主要不足在於每日菜色的變化，而非早餐口味；若能增加輪替品項，讓連住的客人每天有一些不同的選擇，早餐體驗會更加分。

You could see so much of Osaka from how high up you were in the tower. Even just from the lobby, which was 19 floors up, the view was amazing, both at night and during the day. The room was very quiet, even the sounds of the city were drowned out. The bed was very comfy, the bathtub was large enough to take a nice, hot bath after walking around Osaka all day.

Cons I'm a very warm person, so the comforter kept me too warm at night.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful view from our room and conveniently attached to the train station. Very accommodating staff. Great value for the money.

Cons Personnel très froid voir désagréable. Manque de flexibilité sur les late check out prix proposé pour 3h de plus équivalent à 80% du prix d’une nuit. La majorité des grands hôtels offrent des late check out gratuit.

Spacious rooms with lovely views of Osaka. Great location with both JR and subway lines in the basement of the hotel.
