Amazing location in James Bay, very close to the Ferry, great restaurants, beautiful walking paths along the bay, and many nearby attractions. Beautiful views from the hotel balcony of the bay and surrounding area. Can’t wait to return!!

Perfect Hotel in Centrum Victoria.
Mooie ruimer kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Een Keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt en een heerlijke ruime badkamer. Deze kamer voelt echt aan als een appartement. Centrum van Victoria op loopafstand. Ook de parkeergarage is erg ruim.

Great location and nice rooms
Location was great, walking distance to everything, quiet neighborhood but lively restaurant, nice size rooms, well equipped kitchen, convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff
Cons Beds could be improved: mattress was ok, a little on the soft side compared to other hotels we have been to, and bedframe itself felt "light", not as anchored as most hotels beds. We could slightly hear our neighbors above.
Excellent hotel and would recommend
We stayed here 11 years ago and loved it so wanted to return. Still an excellent hotel.
Cons There was some confusion about our check in and we were left worrying that we didn’t have a room. It did get sorted though and we were offered complimentary car parking for the confusion.
Well presented and the staff were great.
Cons No air conditioning in the room was extremely surprising given the high price. No pool either. Our room size was modest and the bed was comfy.
