Cons Boxwood bushes outside the windows smell like cat pee and our room smelled like cat pee. Drain in sink was clogged. Walls are very thin.

Cons The seems to allow "Finders Keepers" when it comes to guest personal items that are accidentally left behind. Staff uses a third party "lost and found" system to avoid complaints and allow potential theft of guest valueables.

The location on the Spokane River was great! Close to Riverfront Park, the Centennial Trail and the vibrant downtown area.
