Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff

Beautiful building with very helpful staff. Loved having tea available at all times of the day and nice/easy lobby bar and bathroom. Rooms are beautiful and old. Clean.

Cons No A/C and was too hot when we were there. Smoke from kitchen somehow got up into our room a couple nights.

The property itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. All the staff are very professional, helpful and very attentive.

Tolles Hotel!!

Tolle Lage, historisch und sehr schön. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Super nettes und professionelles Personal. Ein kolonialer Palast auf Inka Fundament. Wir alle lieben das Lama, die Einrichtung, die Bilder-einmalig !!!

Cons Das Zimmer war recht klein. Es ist eine amerikanische Kette, das amerikanisierte Zimmer mit Teppichboden wirkt etwas altbacken wie in den USA. Die Zimmer hätten mehr Potenzial-sie passen nicht ganz zum wirklich tollen restlichen Ambiente. Zudem sollten neokolonialen Konzepte überdacht am besten abgeschafft werden. Statt US amerikanische Ketten wären Peruanische Hoteleigentümer zu präferieren. Das einzige was wirklich störte waren zudem US amerikanische Gäste, die mit Schuhen die Füße auf historische Holztische ablegen oder im Fahrstuhl dir den Rucksack ins Gesicht halten und glauben sie hätten überall den Vorrang. Für letzteres kann das Hotel nichts -dennoch wäre es Wert sich mehr vom US amerikanischen zu distanzieren soweit möglich!
