Lovely place in a great location
Beautiful hotel in a great location in sestiere Dorsoduro, conveniently located between two vaporetto stops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely appointed room, comfortable bed.
Cons I had a room on the first floor, with the door facing the lobby. That was not ideal, since I heard the guests who spoke loudly early in the morning. Next time I would ask for a room on another floor.
Perfect!!
Perfect location - staff exceptionally helpful with great recommendations - great split level room perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers - the breakfast buffet very good value - i’d happily stay here again.

Comodidad y tranquilidad en Venecia
La habitación, el desayuno, la atención y ubicación excelentes. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos en una habitación superior. Muy recomendable.
Cons Quizá que no tenga cafetera en la habitación.
Tutto perfetto, colazione stanza posizione e servizi. Ci troviamo ogni volta che andiamo a Venezia qualche giorno.
Great experience.
Great hotel with great location and nice staff. Good breakfast.
Cons Don't take the "complimentary" Murano glass tour. Reminds me of a timeshare experience.
