Außergewöhnlich freundlicher, hilfsbereiter, und kompetenter Service. Das Hotel ist super gelegen, hat sehr gutes Frühstück auf einer Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem Blick über die Stadt und das Umland.

Wonderful stay in Arequipa
Palla Boutique Hotel was our favourite hotel during our entire stay in Peru. No request was too much hassle, whether it was borrowing towels for our trip to Colca Canyon or requesting a packed breakfast for our trips. The hotel was clean and our bedroom was made up everyday. A highlight was having breakfast on the roof as you had the most incredible view of Misti in the background.

Amazing place to stay during your visit to Arequipa. Breakfast on the roof terrance was an amazing way to start the day. Walking distance to all the central sites and delicious restaurants.

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal muy amable, súper bien ubicado
Cons Es demasiado frío, no hay calefacción tan solo un calentador de aire, abierto totalmente al exterior en las zonas comunes por que no hay tejado. En mi opinión, unas cristaleras en el techo evitarían que fuese tan frío y seguiría siendo igual de bonito.
