Breakfast and afternoon tea were ok. Staff were friendly

Cons The room was not as advertised. I booked a Marina Bay View in a Club Room. The view was not as per the photo. You had to stand up to look out the window.

My stay was fulfilling and nice

Good location, the staffs are very good, food is good and the transport system is wonderful

Cons Maybe it is a bit expensive

スタッフは、優しく部屋も綺麗でした。プールも子供は楽しんでいました。私の誕生日だった為、サプライズでケーキとカードまで用意をしてくださりとても感動しました。また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。

An Excellent Hotel Experience from Start to Finish

Our stay at Pan Pacific Singapore was truly wonderful, and every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to many of Singapore's major attractions. The service provided by the hotel staff was consistently proactive, attentive, and highly professional. We especially enjoyed the lounge experience and were particularly impressed by the warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness of the lounge staff. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would be delighted to return to Pan Pacific Singapore on our next visit to Singapore.
