Beds are plush and guests sleep well. Rooms run large for a standard, with big marble bathrooms. The AC made a loud rattling noise for one guest at 5am, and lower floors get street noise. Rooms are starting to show wear after five years with no full refurb yet, and the heavy curtains don't block light well. Book a high floor with a balcony for harbour views and quiet.
