From arrival to leaving was made to feel welcome. Appreciate the great service, big room, comfortable chairs and value for money. Will be making this my base in Kigali.

Nice and friendly
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in at no extra charge, which was much appreciated. Our room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Both lunch and dinner were nice, though the service was a bit slow—something that seems to be the norm in Rwanda. One thing to note is that taxi fares are a bit high, costing $30 per way compared to $15 with a regular taxi. Overall, we had a nice experience and would recommend this hotel!
