The location is good, since is nearby many of the attractions in Acapulco Diamante, but this is the only good thing.
Cons Overall quality was extremely poor. The food was like eating at an OXXO, the rooms smelled bad, and the low ceilings made you feel trapped. There were long queues, overcrowded pools, packed beach beds, and staff who simply said, “It is what it is.” The elevator to our hotel room was also out of service, so we had to use the stairs and a small staff elevator shared with dirty bed linens, cleaning carts, and food leftovers. It smelled damp, and the floor was covered in sand and hotdog leftovers. We left on the second day and moved to another hotel. We requested a cancellation, but the hotel manager denied it despite the evidence we showed. The hotel offered us another room, but that would have addressed only part of the problem. Overall, it was an awful experience.

El Royal es un hotel familiar típico, con huéspedes mayoritariamente mexicanos. Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal, así como la vista desde nuestro balcón con vistas a la bahía de Acapulco.
Cons Injustos códigos de vestimenta diferentes para hombres y mujeres en el restaurante Solo una sección muy pequeña de la playa es accesible para los huéspedes El ambiente en el gran comedor La música alta junto a la piscina durante todo el día.

La playa es privada y muy segura para los niños, el hotel seguro, alimentos de calidad y muy ricos
