Wonderful staff but high expectations not quite met
Staff were exceptional
Cons Air con was very loud, Chromecast buffered every 10 seconds, curtains were ratty (previously damaged and repaired) and there was dust on the bathroom lamps
Too noisy to sleep well; but clean, secure and excellent location
Clean Staff were all lovely
Cons Fairly old - but effort put in for comfort, and very clean. Rooms not noise proof ... doors slamming, elevator bings, corridor conversations.. but the main issue was the alarm across the road from a near by car park- at all hours of day and night. Otherwise nice, staff attentive, rooms serviced promptly and neatly, nice bar/restaurant on site.
