Cons Only thing I would have liked is salt & pepper with my breakfast in-room dining. But the breakfast was delicious anyway.

Cons We could hear noise and conversations from neighboring rooms. The carpet in the room had an unpleasant smell.
Good value and excellent for business travel
Cons Staff in the bar were distracted and took a while to serve. They were more intent on cleaning with their back to clientele. They were also a bit annoyed when I asked a question - it was too hard.
It was such a great stay I booked the very next night with my husband for our anniversary.

Cons The shower hadn’t been rinsed out and was slippery and dirty. When I alerted the staff they had someone come up and clean it again. Wasn’t a big problem though.

Cons Inadequate lighting when using the desk. Room telephone did not work so needed to use the mobile to call reception. Pillows not to my level of comfort.
