Rooms are clean and spacious with good views, and the location near Strasbourg's cathedral and markets is excellent. Staff friendliness varies wildly. The hotel overcharges some guests, skips housekeeping unless you request it, and its restaurant and bar service are unreliable for a 4-star property.
