The best part of my experience was the staff, especially Vimal at the front desk, who was very helpful, supportive, and professional.
Cons I feel there is room for improvement in the facilities. For example, adding an outdoor swimming pool or renovating the basement to make it more attractive and engaging

Cons Renovation of hotel and rooms. Toilets are too small and very old. Not value for Money even when staying in Executive room. Executive lounge is too small! Only one Buffet restaurant that too with loud live music, with no option for those not wanting music.
