Friendly staff and pleasant stay

The staff were extremely friendly. My children were unwell and when I contacted the reception, the staff were really helpful. They put me through an in house GP and when hospital treatment was required, they recommended the best hospital in Karachi. The staff had the taxi ready in the middle of the night and I was escorted to the hotel taxi straightaway. The driver was exceptional. On our way back from the hospital he stopped to get food items the Paediatrician had recommended for my child. One of the cleaning staff was also brilliant. My children were sick and he did not hesitate to clean even though I’d insisted I’ll clean up myself and for him to handover the cleaning products. It’s because of the service I receive I end up returning to this hotel.

Cons It was a little bit dated. I’ve stayed here a few times over the years but nothing has changed. They would benefit from modernising the place. The hotel was clean but I think an upgrade to the room furnishings would be good.

I would recommend every one to try this hotel and you won’t regret thanks to all the staff for their hospitality

they charged me twice for the same booking and now my money got stuck. it is the most irresponsible behavior one can expect from a 5 start hotel.
