The breakfast buffet was good, with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Cons The room’s soundproofing was extremely poor, which was very disappointing for a well-known brand hotel. We could clearly hear footsteps from the corridor, as well as our neighbor’s alarm going off through the wall. The alarm woke us up couple times, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The poor sound insulation significantly affected our overall experience and was the main reason for our low rating.
