Penn's View Hotel

Rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious with fireplaces, exposed brick, and bridge views. The small lobby and narrow hallways make it tough for families with luggage or strollers. Staff is friendly, the location in Old City is excellent, and you get good value for the price.
