Best Stay in Hanoi

Out of all of our stays so far this was the most memorable. The staff is amazing so kind and helpful. The hotel is stunning, buffet is stellar, and staff go above and beyond. Ann at breakfast and Min who helped with our bags were amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Huge comfortable beds, the staff were so friendly. The roof top bar was beautiful as well as the swimming pool. Its right in the madness of Hanoi but its so quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. Would highly recommend!
