Staying at this hotel was a genuinely pleasant experience from the moment we arrived. The reception area was well organized and the staff greeted us with a smile, making us feel welcome from the very first step. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and we were given a clear overview of the hotel's services. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was extremely cozy, the sheets fresh and spotless, while the window offered a lovely view that made the morning even nicer. The air conditioning ran quietly and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout our stay — which was a big help for work as well. Breakfast was one of the highlights: a wide selection, fresh and delicious food, with options both for those who prefer something light and for those who want a fuller meal. The restaurant setting was calm and clean, and the service staff were always attentive and courteous. What really made the difference was the attention to detail and the professionalism of the staff. Every request was handled quickly and kindly, without ever making us feel like a burden. The cleanliness of the common areas, the quietness of the hotel, and the overall organization showed that management takes the guest experience seriously.

Great Pearl in the heart of Podgorica

We loved the breakfast - always great variety and very tasty. The selection of meat, vegetables, fruit for a small hotel was abundant. The restaurant was cosy and atmosphere very homy. The spa and pool facilities - were nice but a bit small for the size of the hotel. Our family of 6 did not give a chance to anyone to come there as we already felt tight. But overall, it was very nice. Staff were very friendly and polite - all our queries were answered and if they did not have an answer, they would look for it. They really tried to accommodate the wishes of the guests. Also, the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. If anything was needed or missing, they were immediately stepping in.

Cons The pool size could have been bigger, but it served its purpose and we enjoyed a lot spending time in the sauna and pool.

I liked the idea of apartment in the hotel. You have our own flat but with all hotel services. Personnel very helpful and cheerful, access to sauna and pool, no jacuzzi (if that will be available, it would be brilliant). Other than that I cannot say any bad word. Really enjoy staying there

Cons The only thing I could really complain that could be more veggies on the breakfast like pepper. But is really minor thing.
