We loved our stay and the view from our room!
The property is in a great location for exploring the city, using the subway, and finding local rates.
Got me through the weekend.
Good location. A lot of things to do and eat in the area within walking distance.
Cons Having to pay for parking on top of an already inflated room rate was frustrating. The hotel was far too expensive for what was provided, and it felt like prices were significantly raised because of the events happening that weekend. My rooms were not ready at check-in, and there were long lines due to insufficient staffing for the level of demand. Overall, the property did not feel very safe. I was also disappointed that, despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, someone entered the room to perform evening turndown service. My privacy should have been respected.
Very Nice, Very friendly. Wish we had more time!
Location right next to the Reading Terminal Market was amazing. I needed more days so I could sample more foods. It was truly wonderful.
Cons The location was awesome, although it was hard to find the entrance because most maps listed it on Market Street but Market Street is the rear of the building and there is no entrance there. The main entrance is actually on Filbert Street. We ran around a bit when we fist got there.
