英語が使える。おそらく24時間？のフロント対応。 目の前はナイル川でファルーカ乗り場があり、路地裏はアスワンスークになっている。両替屋やATMも近くに多く、観光に快適。 アブシンベル神殿に朝イチで行く際には朝食も持たせてくれた 空港への早朝（朝4時）タクシー送迎も手配してくれた（18ドルくらいで、割高な気もするが、）
Cons アスワン駅からは徒歩20分くらいかかる。アスワンスークを物色してたらあまり気にならないが、遠くはある。

Mahmoud at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He kindly and patiently took care of all our requests during our stay. We had originally booked a room without a Nile view, but when we asked if there was any possibility of changing rooms, he happily upgraded us to a room with a beautiful Nile view at no extra cost, as a room was available. The hotel has a wonderful location and offers beautiful views of the Nile. We only stayed for one night, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. If we have the opportunity to visit Luxor again, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much, Mahmoud, for making our stay so special!
Cons The Wi-Fi connection in the room was a little weak.
The view of the city and the Nile is incredible, The location is perfect, close to most ferry boats, monuments, and facilities.
