Phoenicia Grand Hotel

Rooms are spacious but outdated with thin walls that let noise through. AC runs too hot and you can't control it well. Beds are comfortable and clean. Staff quality swings wildly from excellent to unprofessional. Lebanese restaurant is good but slow. Breakfast is decent. Noise from parties and reception phone calls disrupts sleep.
