Our stay was, overall, a truly wonderful experience. Although we experienced a small inconvenience during check-in on our first day, the way the team handled everything afterwards was genuinely impressive. A special thank you to Kim, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her attentiveness, kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. She was incredibly helpful, always approachable and clearly passionate about ensuring that guests had a pleasant experience. The entire team was warm, welcoming and professional. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the atmosphere was lovely, and the location was absolutely fantastic — central, convenient and perfect for exploring the area. If we had to mention one negative aspect, it would be the behaviour of some groups of guests during our stay. At times, the hotel became quite noisy, with guests speaking very loudly in common areas and walking around in bathrobes, which unfortunately felt somewhat out of place with the hotel’s otherwise elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. This is, of course, something the hotel cannot entirely control, but it did occasionally affect the overall ambience. Apart from that, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The location, service and especially the wonderful staff made a lasting impression on us. And once again, a very special thank you to Kim for making our stay even more memorable. We would be very happy to return.

Cons המלון נראה ישן וקצת מלוכלך. היה לנו תקלה של צנרת ביקשו להחליף חדר לא הביאו מיטה לתינור היינו צריכים לבקש ולא נתנו שום פיצוי על התקלה. השולחן בחדר היה מלוכלך.

فندق ممتاز جدا و ثاني سنة اسكن فيه كل شي بالفندق خيال و ممتاز من مطاعم الفندق و عددها و الخدمة و النظافة و ممتاز جدا حق العوائل. انصح فيه حيل و نقطة مهمة إذا عايلة ريح نفسك و اخذ الفل بورد و عيش ما راح تحتاج ولا شي من بره الفندق ، و خدمات النقل خاصة على المجمع و الباتونغ بيش صراحة ممتازة
