Spacious room with 2 double beds and 2 lounge chairs and table which was great to sit in and watch the float planes come and go in the harbour. Happily we were upgraded to a harbour view room, having booked a city view so we were ecstatic to have such a great outlook. Staff very helpful with providing a phone charger as we didn’t have the correct plug. Also provided a kettle to make tea and were able to offer a late checkout as we were heading to a cruise ship in the afternoon.
Cons Not a fan of over the bath shower but this is pretty common. I wonder how many people actually use a bathtub in a hotel…Disposable cups for coffee which I think is wasteful. No water glass. Only provide automatic coffee machine so for us tea drinkers we had to arrange a kettle and tea. All provided without a hassle.
Having the early check-in was a bonus especially coming off a 14 hr flight.
