Service was exemplary, from reception to the service staff and also room service. It was our first time staying here and it won't be our last. The breakfast spread is amazing in both volume and quality of the food. We had a wonderful stay here. Thank you ❤️

Great stay
First time stay at hotel and was not disappointed. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious and clean with hugh comfortable bed. Staff very friendly attentive and considerate. I was so touched when they surprised me with birthday cake in my room. Breakfast buffet is outstanding and delicious. Great location with shops and cafes along the road and Tunjungan Plaza only 15mins walk. Will definately stay here again after great memories and hospitable staff.
