Rooms are dirty, worn, and noisy from street traffic. Maintenance is poor with weak water pressure and old air conditioning units. The rooftop pool and gym are small and outdated, but staff are friendly and breakfast is included. Location near the beach and metro works well if you can tolerate the neglected rooms.
