Cons La situazione drammatica. Le camere maleodoranti e la struttura invasa di persone e bambini. I servizi caotici. Addirittura il condizionatore in camera faceva un rumore assurdo e gli spazi inesistenti. Il manager nonostante i miei continui rilievi si è dimostrato assente ed incompetente. Andrebbe licenziato se ci fosse un controllo sulla struttura.

Cons In primul rand in camera era in permanenta miros de canalizare - lipsa aerisire Personalul de la parcare era ok dar dupa ora 17 motiveaza ca nu mai sunt locuri ( parcarea era mai departe la un subsol ) si a refuzat sa ma duca . M-am dus singur cu masina si bineinteles am gasit locuri.

Cons WiFi didn’t work in the room , the food was disgusting didn’t eat it in it and had to eat out daily for 2 weeks. Most staff were nice and friendly however I asked for a bigger room to upgrade I got told to come back next day doing so I then got told there was no availability even tho I asked to pay for it the day before to guarantee it. To be spoken to like an idiot by reception staff telling me I new the standard room was small iv never stayed here before so I wasn’t sure , juice was hit and constantly told no ice and my sons apple juice looked like a beer with a head on it

Didn’t like anything about the property we went on our honeymoon worst experienced ever also they owe me money for two days which they refused to give to me and only refunded me for one day. We got put in a room where there was 2 beds. Instead of one double bed.

Wirklich super Hotel, Hoffentlich kommen wir nächstes Jahr nochmal.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut. Personal ist echt Top!! Wir sind mit einem Mietauto gekommen, da kein Platz frei war, durften wir kostenlos in einer Parkgarage parken die 24/7 zugänglich ist und mit Kameras ausgestattet ist. Ein Fahrer hat uns dort hingebracht. Somit hatten wir vollstes Vertrauen zu dieser Parkgarage. Essen war auch sehr gut. Einchecken und auschecken ging untra schnell. Zimmer war wundervoll. Zwar hat paar mal die Klimaanlage ein wenig Probleme gemacht aber grundsätzlich war alles einwandfrei. In diesem Hotel gibt es ein SPA (Buddha Hammam SPA). Die Masseurin Gamze hat bei meinem Freund die Verspannungen bei den Schultern gelöst und hat ihm auch seine Probleme an den Schultern erklärt. Durch ihre Beratung und ihrer Technik bei der Massage sind die Verspannungen und Schmerzen deutlich besser geworden. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an Gamze!! :) Attraktionen am Meer sind wirklich auch super. Ich empfehle euch das Speedboat. Die Dame hat uns zu einigen Buchten gebracht wo wir auch mal schwimmen durften. Wirklich traumhaft schön. Auch für Familien super geeingnet.
