Cons Very creaky and noisy being an older property. Private therm pool area had leaves & old bandaids. Needed a clean.

Great location. The hot pool was very nice and relaxing. The room was very warm and clean. Great value for money.
The thermal pools outside were a daily treat , would definitely stay here again

Stunning building and amazing room and bathroom. Fabulously comfortable and very spacious. Really enjoyed the thermal pool within the grounds. Great location - right in heart of town and within short walk of cafes/eateries, as well as a very short walk to Government Gardens and Lake Rotorua.
