Overall we had an amazing experience and would stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly. Thank you to Mr Toure for making our family gathering exceptional and unforgettable. Victoire was so attentive and kind to our family along with all the other staff, especially to our daughter!

Cons The pool was out of service. Charges made on my credit card were overcharged then credited later and I was unable to keep the card open for additional usage which was an inconvenience. Wattara was unprofessional and made our party arrangements difficult and unnecessary to a paying customer.

Great bed once I had three comforters to block out the frigid air.

Cons Deferred maintenance on the 9th floor is an eyesore for the cost of the stay.

Cons L’hôtel était en travaux, pas d’insonorisation de ma chambre j’entendais tout les bruits des travaux dès le matin donc impossible de se reposer correctement la piscine indisponible pour travaux également
