We LOVED this hotel! It was a great location, just up from Queen street, so quiet. It does go up a hill, but we found that easy, and Uber are very cheap anyway. The bed was SO comfortable, AMAZING breakfast, gorgeous full sized pool with jacuzzi sauna and ice bath. Lots of helpful things like water stations and snacks at the bar. This was hands down the best hotel we have stayed in NZ, very luxurious and great service. The breakfast is really outstanding, lots of choice, even smoked salmon! All very fresh. We requested a harbour side view to be quieter, abd got a free upgrade through Accor, so its worth signing up to that online for these hotels
Cons Rooms a tiny bit dark, but this was a tiny thing and would definitely not out us off coming again every time, LOVED it here.
