Cons I had an allergic reaction to something in the room. They couldn’t move us. The room had a slight odor about it. Maybe the gross carpeting? I had to go to the Apotheke and ask for a steroid inhaler that cost me 70€. I was attending a retreat for this time. The mattress was really uncomfortable as well and I let them know they need a new one in there. The receptionist a guy was unphased by our dilemma . My friend left her jacket in the restaurant and the next morning asked the guy working at front desk and he didn’t even look in lost and found and just said no we don’t have it. That afternoon we asked another person who retrieved it immediately. 😳

When I arrived, I asked for a quiet room and I also mentioned when I was booking. The receptionist first said they can't guarantee because is fully booked but then he gave me a very nice, quiet room. I appreciated this the most!
