Pullman hotel was very good, enjoyed our stay

Great hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, rooms are big and clean. 5 min walk from Hirastrau park.

Cons My booking included breakfast, and the food was very good. However, I had an unpleasant experience with the service. I like to have my coffee before breakfast, so I asked one of the female staff members for a paper cup. She told me that they did not have any paper cups available. The next day, I saw another guest ask for a paper cup, and another staff member gave him one immediately. This was disappointing because I had been clearly told that paper cups were not available. The breakfast itself was very good, but I believe the service should be consistent and the same information should be given to all guests.

Beautiful views and perfect location

Very good location, the room is spacious and has a pretty view over the park and the city. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast was very rich with all sorts of food you might need. Everything felt comfortable and relaxing. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had a very good stay.

Totul, de la loc, camere, dar cel mai mult apreciez tot personalul hotelului, ce au dat dovada de empatie si intelegere. Un loc in care as reveni cu drag, dar pentru vacanta. Un mare multumesc intregii echipei hotelului.
