Great shabu shabu spot in jakarta have been going with family since my highschool days and recently returned after moving out of the country and its still delicious. Great service and hospitality by kiki & albar. Thank you for taking great care of us!

Thoughtful gesture

We went to Kahyangan restaurant last week to relive memories from 14 years ago, before we left Indonesia for Europe. What's funny is that as soon as we walked through the gate, one of the staff welcomed us and said my name, as if he'd known me forever. The mix teppanyaki set for two people was perfect,the quality of the meat and seafood was excellent. Chef Jamil's 'performance' was spectacular, especially the 'nasi goreng hati yang membara,' and he chatted with us throughout. The service from Pak Kiki and Pak Hendi was amazing and warm. They even gave us a complimentary cake that said 'Welcome back to Kahyangan.' The bonus was seeing Jakarta from 28th floor. For us, living in France, receiving such a thoughtful gesture means a lot. Overall, the food, quality, and service remain excellent. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Jakarta. Thank you, Chef Jamil, Pak Kiki, and Pak Hendi

A special mention goes to Ella, Sherly, Chusnul, Fina, Maitsa, Agi, and Evi — their attentiveness and warm hospitality set the tone from day one. What stood out most was the team's ability to anticipate guest needs without ever being intrusive. On one occasion, I had booked a non-refundable room but needed to prepone my stay — and without hesitation, the team accommodated my request and handled all the adjustments seamlessly. That kind of flexibility and genuine care is rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture at Pullman. A heartfelt thank you to Ela for her exceptional coordination for preponing stay related queries — always on top of updates and ensuring everything was in order with smile. Bluebird team deserves a special mention too — young, energetic, and impressive in the way they remember guests' preferences and deliver quick. And to the Sana Sini staff, House keeping team, Bell boys — thank you for the wonderful care and excellent service throughout. Most of all, thank you to the entire Pullman team for making my birthday truly memorable. 🎂
