The location was excellent very close to haram and added bonus of having the mall to shop
Cons The choice of breakfast was very poor room service was also poor we ordered room service and they sent the wrong items that were not advertised on the menu the website states breakfast is 24/7 however this was untrue as you could only order breakfast until 11 which is a problem if you come back from fair and go to sleep for a while and wake up for breakfast not to be able to have it and have to choose from lunch menu don’t advertise 24/7 breakfast if you are not going to deliver it I have been to other hotels and have never experienced this the lifts were also a huge problem they took so long to arrive and when they did they only went to certain floors
