Perfect stay

Stylish design and very comfortable bed

Good location and great veiw. well deisgned and looks good and feels good.

Cons staff is poorly trained and not responsive. Room service is terrible. The response time is poor. Communication between staff seems missing.

Front desk were fantastic. Breakfast foh and chefs were fabulous. So cooperative and welcoming.

Cons I would have preferred the room to have been made up with fresh towels earlier or middle of the day rather than much later. The room I don't believe was vacummed the time we were there and the sheets had not been changed for the entire 7 days.

Amazing views and a super comfortable bed.

Big room with a fantastic view over the lake. The best part of the stay was the big bed which was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in. Breakfast was also amazing.

Cons No real negatives. There was a lot of building work going on,but it did not have an impact on our stay.

Little thoughtful amenities, free shuttle and fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff service was impeccable and the little nibbles at reception sourced locally is so thoughtful and interesting
