all was great apart from hearing issues in Graeme’s shaw room As he was a guest from UK the experience was not pleasant at all and this was a bad image on my choose to this accommodation

Cons considering the price, the experience and expectations we’re overrated

Good hotel, service not to the required level.

Proximity to venue they held my confidence in.

Cons Room service. Terrible, took one hour-and a half to get my food delivered just some beef and fries. Staff informed us to compensate they wouldn’t not be charging for room service on my first night. We’ll see about it tomorrow at the bill.

Such friendly staff at check in and throughout our stay. Room was fantastic and loved the location. Bed was super comfy as well.

Cons Bed was uncomfortable due to being 2 singles pushed together which created a lump in middle

Cons Your lobby bar needs to stay open for quests returning from shows. Many people were very disappointed at being told all closed down at 10pm. There were large groups wanting to relax and enjoy the bar facilities.
