Cons When I book a room I expect it to be available, not told we have no rooms available. We were shipped off to the Hilton for our first night. Not having a room available was not a smart move. I would likely now consider the Hilton for my next stay. No compensation offered, just an apology - I assume you do this all the time. I was told the “system” did it when we arrived, but the next day a front desk person said there were no rooms available. Someone lied to me. Maybe you can get away with it with many people.

Cons The hotel charged me for a room in advance and on my arrival they said they overbooked so they booked me in a 3 star hotel thats 19 minutes away and i was not notified about this change until my arrival which is completely inconvenient!!
