Disrupted sleep thanks to worst choice of pillow

Stayed in Quest Surabaya for 2 nights. The hotel location was superb, within walking distance from the hotel you can find plenty of eateries and coffee shops. Katedral Surabaya is also nearby. The staffs were very helpful as I went back and forth to check on my package delivery. Every staffs were well trained, from the reception to the security team. The room was clean and no frills. Basic amenities were provided. I love the hair dryer, it was a good one for a 3 stars hotel. The only downside was the pillow. On the 1st night, I was restless, because of the pillow. It was in between firm and soft, very odd. I woke up with stiff neck and shoulders. Sleeping without the pillow was even better than using one. I hope in the future, they would consider other type of pillow. My room was facing the carpark of the Mercure Hotel next door. Since it was the World Cup season, every night I could hear loud cheers. Not sure from the Quest's side or from the Mercure's side. The room was not soundproof.

There was an underground parking place and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The swimming pool is also an extra to the hotel.
