Rooms have comfortable beds but dated, poorly decorated furniture that feel cheap for the price. You'll hear kitchen noise if placed above it, and staff won't help relocate. The beautiful architecture and pool don't make up for overpriced breakfast and mediocre service from undertrained reception.
