Cons The hotel is outdated and clearly needs renovation. The rooms are in terrible condition. The balcony door had no handle, so it kept opening during the night because of the wind, which was very disturbing. The breakfast food was also not of very good quality. Overall, the hotel needs significant renovation and improvement.
Das Radisson Blu Daugava ist eines von mehreren Radisson Hotels in Riga. Die Lage des Hotels ist genial: Von den Zimmern aus liegt das ganze berühmte Panorama Rigas vor einem. Unser Zimmer war erfreulich geräumig.
Cons Natürlich zeigt das ganze Hotel den Charme der 80ziger Jahre. Das zeigt sich bei der Zimmerausstattung und der Ausstattung der Bäder, der Gestaltung der Frühstücksräume, des Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist sehr mittelmäßig: Schnellback-Croissants, weiches Brot, Dosenchampignons etc.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön . Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, was man auch Sehen kann. Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Cons Der Wellnessbereich schließt zu früh.

Cons Our ac wasn’t working, opening the windows wasn’t a good alternative as someone was smoking outside constantly and the smell would enter the room, or car noise From the highway bridge would keep us up. After a technician visit twice we moved to another room which had smaller bed and some weird drilling noise, the ac wasn’t working functional but also worked weirdly. Also the spa was very old, not clean and one sauna wasn’t working, we took the spa access room but apparently there is a 2 hr limit. If we had known we probably would have taken a smaller room and paid for the 2 hr pass as the spa wasn’t really worth it..
