Cons The first day there were no mugs. I reported the bath was not holding the water in. The 2nd night still it had not been fixed and the bath was leaking. The restaurant staff were not fully familiar with the menu nor well trained. When the restaurant was closed the bar staff were Slow and I had to walk a few times back from where I sat for assistance. The WiFi kept dropping in the room.

Cons Wifi, I had booked at Sandton by mistake then the staff tried to help me book at Sandton Gautrain. The wifi was poor. Struggled for long
Their breakfast buffet has been my absolute favorite for years. However, I only recently discovered the spa in the same building, and treated myself to a massage, I highly recommend you do the same - They're open on sundays too!
