Cons The room has a damp smell I told the reception they said they will sort it out u came back to the room no change horrible damp or wet carpet smell

Cons Staff behaviour was not good and welcome was pathetic and there was no proper support for bag collection on arrivals and no proper guidence for room no etc etc
