The staff in this property go above and beyond for the guest . The rooms are very clean but try to get a higher floor room. The food at the buffet is amazing it’s worth it to do the all meals included option .
Cons There’s not much to not like about this hotel . If there’s something you don’t like the staff will try their best to fix it for you. The staff in the lounge area need to be a bit more attentive I sat there twice and not one person approached me to offer a menu or anything, they would go to every other table. The night server did try to make it right but the next day they did the same thing . So I’m thinking it’s the day staff. Apart from that everyone else was phenomenal.
