The hospitality of the concierge staff: Joseph, Gerard and Owen were exceptional. They made us feel at home and were so helpful.
Cons When we arrived our room was not ready, even tough we paid for a full night and arrived at 8am just before check out. We also had some disagreements regarding room pricing when we decided to extend our stay. The check-in staff were not that great. The other support staff, restaurant, people cleaning staff, room service staff and concierge staff were exceptional. The check-in staff should learn from them. Food at the restaurant as well was not great and lacked variety.
