Cons

Great service from Walid, Ahmed, and their assistant Rafik at the front desk — professional, friendly, and made check-in a great experience. Thank you for the hospitality!

The staff make everything else just seem better

Unquestionably, the best bit of this hotel is the staff. The reception team could not be more helpful (big shout to Huda) , arranging both early check ins and late check outs. The premium rooms are also really good for working in with good desks and plenty of power points. Finally, the food is superb!
